Click around!
Start by typing in your criteria to see what’s available. The more information you can gather in your home search the better.
Talk to a lender
I know this seems like a dull administrative start to the search for the home of your dreams, but it leads only to discouragement to look at places priced beyond your means. Check out our Resources page for more info on how mortgages work and try our calculators. We can also refer you to several great counselors who can give you some options. Get a figure and you’re ready to search. Get a pre-approval letter and you’re off to the races.
Drive around
Addresses and maps are included in our search, so if you’re looking locally you might want to drive by and see what you think of a home or neighborhood.

You can call or email me with any questions you have. I can do further research on the properties that interest you or help you narrow down areas and homes that might work for you. I can send you information by email, regular mail and/or make arrangements for you to view the homes of your choice. Repeat until we find what you want! It’s our job to search and provide you with the best options, to look until we find the best match for your criteria, and to represent your interests through all the twists and turns of the real estate transaction.
Start your search here. These include all homes listed in the regional MLS (Multiple List Service) of the Central Virginia Region. That means all homes sold by all companies. I can show you any that are included, regardless of the company selling them.
